Lodging, most meals and activities will occur at Camp Kern (http://campkern.org/), a beautiful YMCA facility located just 20 minutes by car from St. George Russian Orthodox Church.

Transportation to the conference
Each participant is responsible for their own transportation. There has often been a van (or two) going to the conference from Ann Arbor and the Chicago area. Contact Fr. Registration at the start of the conference
Registration will be in Elk Lodge at Camp Kern from 3 to 4 p.m. on Friday, December 26. Activities will begin at 4:00 p.m. and include dinner on Friday evening.
Things to Bring – VERY IMPORTANT!
Each participant is responsible for their bringing their own sleeping bag, pillow, towels and toiletries!
Bring several changes of clothes appropriate for church (Dress shirts and pants for boys, skirts/dresses for girls). Bring work clothes for our volunteer project as well as warm clothes to be worn outside. Activities include rock wall climbing, a zip line and other outdoor adventures. Bring appropriate clothes and footwear. Depending on the weather, we may have a bon fire or go sledding. Bring a prayer book to help with preparation for Holy Communion. If you play a musical instrument – bring it along!
Things to leave at home
Electronic devices, except for cameras and cell phones. Alcohol and cigarettes are prohibited even if you are of legal age.
